Hidden 65″ TV

The client enjoys their films, but didn’t want a large format screen to dominate their living space. We had a custom TV cabinet made that houses the TV until it is needed. Selecting “Watch Movie” on their Control4 remote causes the TV to raise out the top of the cabinet. On the top shelf of the cabinet is a Sonance soundbar incorporating the Left, Centre and Right speakers. These can be used for music when the TV is not raised. In one of the pictures you can see the mock-up cabinet construction for testing the motors.
